Special Handling:

You may call and place your order by phone. You may also mail or fax order form to Fleck Research.

Shipping: All report are sent by e-mail in Adobe PDF file format. If you require hard copy, please indicate so in the "Special Handling" section of the order form. Note that there will be an extra charge for shipping and for additional copies of the report, to include but not limited to, even within divisions and wholly-owned subsidiaries of the same company.

Payment Method and Terms: You will be invoiced upon shipment of the report. The invoice will be addressed to the purchaser and included in the package unless a different billing address is given. Terms are Payment Due Upon Receipt of Invoice unless other arrangements have been made. You also may make payment with American Express, Visa, or Master Card.

Orders From Countries Outside the USA: For enclosed payment from countries outside the USA, please use payment method of either check drawn on a U.S. Bank, International Money Order, or Wire Transfer.
